Returns and Refunds Policy - DAZMond&Co.
At DAZMond&Co., our priority is that you feel amazing with every purchase. If for any reason your order of clothing, shoes, or handbags isn't exactly what you expected, we've designed a 100% free and easy return process for our US customers.
- 1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
- 2. Free Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. That's why DAZMond&Co. covers all return shipping costs. No costs will be deducted from your final refund.
- 3. Item Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following requirements:
Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original DAZMond&Co. tags.
Footwear: Must be returned in its original box (which is part of the product). We recommend trying them on a carpet to avoid marks on the soles.
Bags and Accessories: Must include all original inner packaging and hardware protectors, undisturbed.
General Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- 4. How to Start Your Return
Request: Send an email to info@dazmond.com indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
Prepaid Label: We will reply by sending you a prepaid UPS or USPS shipping label.
Shipping: Print the label, affix it to the original package, and take it to the nearest shipping location. You don't have to pay anything when you drop off the package!
- 5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse:
We will send you an email notification.
Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
You will be refunded the full value of the items plus any applicable taxes.
- 6. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items purchased in the "Final Sale" or Clearance section.
